Our services are available to clients in Commonwealth of Independent States countries, excluding the Russian Federation. We reserve the right to modify our service areas.

3.2 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Clients may terminate services according to the terms specified in their service agreement.

We may terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause with appropriate notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government actions.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability
